All cancellations must be received in writing—NO EXCEPTIONS! If received on or before July 20, 2008, a full refund, less a $25 processing fee, may be granted or the full registration fee may be carried-forward and applied to a future TALI Seminar/Convention (all "carry-over fees" must be used within one (1) year). Requests received after July 20, 2008, will be eligible for ONLY 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE TO BE REFUNDED OR CARRIED-OVER. A substitute can attend if we receive notification on or before July 25, 2008. TALI reserves the right to substitute instructors and make necessary modifications to the program/agenda.
