Conducted by Rob Smith, TCI, this is a Texas Supreme Court approved school, and this course will certify attendees to serve Civil Process in all 254 Texas Counties. Current Texas Supreme Court Certification holders that were originally "grandfathered" into the program by the Supreme Court are required to take this course for renewal. At whatever time they choose to renew, they must have completed the course within 90 days prior to that date.

The course includes a manual containing Civil Process related documents to be retained for your future reference. This Certification is good for three (3) years from the date of approval.

The class is configured in a round-table-discussion format. All necessary application forms and assistance in proper completion is offered, and the required Notary Service is available at no additional charge. You will also be provided with necessary fingerprint information.
