Do you send
confirmations?
Yes and No. If you
register online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of both your
registration and your payment. If you mail or fax your registration form,
you will NOT receive a confirmation. This is in an effort to save money and
keep our registration costs as low as possible.

I registered and paid,
and now I realize that I cannot go. Can I get a refund?

Can I register for only one day?
Yes and No. You may register for ONLY a
pre-conference seminar (which is one day), or you may register for a
pre-conference seminar AND the full conference, or you may register for the
full conference only (without a pre-conference seminar). But, you may NOT
register for ONLY ONE DAY of the FULL conference (e.g., Friday OR Saturday).
