Kitty Hailey,
CLI has been a long time advocate for professionalism among private
investigators. She has published the industries only comprehensive
book on ethics in an effort to insure that we maintain high standards
and a viable image. Kitty is currently employed by the Philadelphia
Federal Defender Capital Habeas Unit but still finds time to write
articles for professional journals and to speak around the
country. |
She is the
winner of a 2007 NALI Editor/Publisher Award for
her article on Post Conviction Investigation and holds among her
prized possessions an Editor/Publisher Award from TALI and the Julius
"Buddy" Bombet Lifetime Achievement Award.
